3D Models Not Loading?

If the 3D model is stuck on a black screen or takes too long to load, something on your device or network may be blocking the model data.

In most cases, this is caused by a VPN, web filter, parental control app, security software, or school/work network settings.

How to fix it

Please check whether you are using any of the following:

  • VPN or filtering apps
  • Parental control or accountability software
  • Ad blockers or privacy tools
  • School, university, or workplace network restrictions

If so, you may need to allow access to the following domains:

  • human.biodigital.com
  • assets-human.biodigital.com

These domains are required for the 3D models to load properly.

What to do next

  1. Open your VPN, filtering, or security software settings.
  2. Whitelist the domains above.
  3. Fully close and reopen the TeachMeAnatomy app.
  4. Try loading the 3D model again.
